Processing & Fulfillment
- Most orders are processed within 2 business days. During high volume periods, processing may take longer.
- Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

Tracking Your Order
- Check status using the “View Your Order” link in your order confirmation email, or by visiting your account and opening Order History.
- On your ship date, you’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking details. Use the “View my order” link to see basic tracking info.
- You may also have the option to opt in for SMS/text updates at checkout.
Shipping Carriers
- Orders ship via UPS or USPS depending on destination and service level.
- Ground is commonly sent via UPS SurePost; P.O. Boxes and AK/HI commonly ship via USPS.
- Carrier selection is not available (we can’t accommodate custom carrier requests).
International Shipping
- International shipping is available via USPS.
- Standard International typically reaches destination customs in 6–10 business days.
- Expedited International typically reaches destination customs in 3–5 business days.

- Subscriptions within the U.S. ship via standard ground.
- Expedited shipping may be available only on the initial subscription order (subsequent shipments ship ground).
- Need scheduling flexibility? Subscriptions typically allow you to modify, skip, or cancel shipments.
Ship date & split shipments
- Ship date selection: orders begin processing right away, so choosing a specific ship date isn’t supported.
- Multiple addresses: a single order can ship to only one address—place separate orders for multiple addresses.
Returns & Refunds
- You may return eligible orders within 30 days for a full refund, minus shipping & handling.
